From the moment a player accesses and uses the 80mmk platform, they are considered to have silently read and accepted all of these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before continuing to use the platform.

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between 80mmk and the player. If you do not agree with any section, please do not use the platform.

Note: This document is written in the Burmese language, and in the event of a dispute, only the version written in this language shall be considered official.

General Agreement

These terms and conditions cover the 80mmk website, mobile version, related applications, and all services provided through them.

1.1 Age Restriction

Players must be at least 21 years old to use this platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing or playing on this website. If an underage player is found, their account will be closed immediately and any funds in that account will be forfeited.

1.2 Eligible Users

This platform is intended for players in Myanmar. Players confirm that they are responsible for accessing this platform in compliance with the laws of their own location.

Account Registration Requirements

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may only register once. Having more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device is not allowed. If duplicate accounts are found, bonuses will be cancelled and those accounts will be closed.

2.2 Registration Accuracy

Players must provide their real name, accurate contact details, and only their own payment methods when registering. Accounts found to have been opened with false information may be closed.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their account password secure and must not share it with anyone. If a third party gains access by any means and losses occur, the player is solely responsible — 80mmk will not be liable.

Deposit Requirements

Deposit methods available at 80mmk are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.

Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks for all methods.

3.1 Deposit Responsibilities

  • Players must only use a payment method registered in their own name.
  • After a deposit, the time for funds to appear in the account may vary depending on the payment provider's network.
  • For any deposit, 80mmk will consider it received at the time the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

3.2 Third-Party Funds

Deposits from a third party (including family members) will not be accepted. If such deposits are found, those funds will need to be returned and any related bonuses will be cancelled.

Withdrawal Requirements

Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour.

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests can only be made through the player's own payment method. Withdrawals do not have to be made through the same method used to deposit, but they must be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay.

4.2 Withdrawal Verification

For single or combined withdrawals that reach a large amount, 80mmk may request verification documents from the player (such as a photo of their ID card or payment card). Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

4.3 Withdrawal Refusal

  • Funds that have not yet met the bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
  • Requests to transfer funds to a payment method that does not belong to the player will be refused.
  • In cases of fraudulent gameplay or bonus abuse, withdrawals will be suspended pending investigation.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at 80mmk will receive a bonus of 100% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.

Example — If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum) and your balance becomes 320,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus is available once per player, per household, and per IP address.
  • Only games designated by 80mmk will count towards the wagering requirement when playing with bonus funds.
  • Before the wagering requirement is met, players may choose to forfeit the bonus; doing so will cancel the bonus amount.
  • 80mmk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus with prior notice.
Warning: If you attempt to withdraw your deposit amount after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Results

Games on the 80mmk platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG), meaning every result is unpredictable and fair. Players acknowledge that losses are possible and accept this before participating.

6.2 Only Live Gameplay Is Valid

Account balances may only be changed through actual gameplay on the platform. The use of external tools, software, bots, or custom computer programs to play is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Football Betting

The football betting section covers only real matches, odds, and results. Placing a bet on the wrong match after viewing it is the player's own responsibility — 80mmk accepts no liability for this. If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be refunded.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are considered violations of 80mmk's terms and conditions and may result in account closure and loss of funds:

  • Making payments linked to money laundering activities
  • Bonus abuse — claiming a bonus and attempting to withdraw funds without meeting the requirements
  • Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using a second or third account under the same person
  • Attempting to exploit the platform's technology through unauthorised means
  • Intimidating, threatening, or committing fraud against other players
  • Attempting cyber attacks intended to disrupt the service
  • Colluding with others to earn bonuses during active play (collusion)

Account Suspension and Restrictions

8.1 80mmk's Right to Suspend

80mmk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a player's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Suspected fraudulent financial activity
  • While investigating suspected bonus abuse
  • When there are indicators suggesting the player may be under 21+
  • If required verification documents / photos are not submitted

8.2 Self-Exclusion by the Player

Personal Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

80mmk is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a player's gameplay, losses caused by a third party accessing a player's account, game interruptions due to communication failures (server downtime, internet connectivity issues), or losses arising from a player misreading information they themselves provided.
